2) PVC Foam Board (Forex / Palfoam / Komatex)
Standard material for indoor signs and short-term outdoor use.
Lightweight and affordable
Smooth surface for printing
Best for small to medium-size signs
Typical thickness: 3–5 mm
3) Acrylic / Plexiglass (PMMA)
Used when a premium or transparent look is needed.
Common for illuminated signs and lightboxes
UV-resistant and durable
Can be polished, shaped, and bent
More expensive than PVC or ACP
4) Foamboard / Kapa Board
For indoor use only.
Extremely lightweight
Ideal for exhibitions, presentations, and point-of-sale displays
Not weather-resistant
Very cost-effective
